1. Season 5 started off with the crack in Amy's wall which was supposedly caused by the TARDIS exploding but at the end of the season there was a huge reset button that brought everything back to normal and erased the events of the fifth season and the crack. So Season 5 never happened.
2. Season 6 revolved around the spacesuit with River inside it shooting the doctor and the doctor's death at this point was supposed to be an unchangeable fixed point in time. At the end of season 6 *surprise surprise* this fixed point is "tricked" and changed so season was pointless and we can assume it didn't happen.
3. Season 7 began with Clara, the impossible girl, and the mystery surrounding her character. In Name of the Doctor we discover that Clara's many deaths are caused by her jumping into the time stream in the Doctor's grave on Trenzalore to save him a zillion times. But then, at the end of Time of the Doctor it turns out that the doctor won't die on Trenzalore and the whole planet is saved from the deadly destruction we saw in Name of the Doctor. So the time stream never existed. So Clara never had to jump into it. So the Doctor never met Clara in Asylum of the Daleks or in that Snowmen special. So every episode with the Eleventh Doctor and Clara never actually happened. Also, Time of the Doctor hinged on Amy's crack in the wall which we already know didn't happen. Basically, season 7 never happened.
Moffat wrote this stuff. He's the one who made all these stupid reset buttons. So according to him his own era as show-runner never actually happened. Seasons 5-7 and all the specials up to Time of the Doctor have been reset/cancelled out and that's canon.
Now all we have to do is wait for another showrunner to show Capaldi - or whatever Doctor we have when Moffat leaves - waking up and realizing it was all a bad dream caused by regeneration. Then the show can move on back to it's usual awesomeness.
